2Eligibility Requirements

3Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on aj444 only. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using different phone numbers, names, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
▸You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person.
▸If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify aj444 support immediately by emailing [email protected]. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account prior to such notification.
▸aj444 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or any unsolicited communication. Any message claiming to be from aj444 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
▸aj444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, or any other conduct that violates these Terms.
▸Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by aj444 — any remaining eligible balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on aj444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
▸The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name.
▸Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. ajl444 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or international payment services.
▸Withdrawal processing time is typically within 5 minutes for standard requests. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. aj444 will notify the player if a delay is expected.
▸aj444 reserves the right to request proof of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard KYC requirement designed to protect players and prevent financial crime.
▸Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile money provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. aj444 does not add charges on its end for standard transactions, but provider-side fees are outside aj444's control.
Currency Note
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on aj444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol. INR-denominated transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
From time to time, aj444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer.
▸All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
▸Bonuses are issued to eligible players only. aj444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of loopholes, or any attempt to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
▸Each player is entitled to claim any given bonus once only, regardless of the number of accounts. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times across different accounts is considered a prohibited activity under Section 7 of these Terms.
▸Bonus credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where specifically permitted. All bonus credits expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms.
▸aj444 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of the original award.
6Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on aj444 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are facilitated by accredited third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The outcome of all games is determined independently of aj444 and cannot be influenced by the Platform.

▸Sports betting markets on aj444, including all cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, are governed by the rules stated within each individual market. In the case of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, unsettled bets will be resolved in accordance with the applicable market rules for that event type.
▸The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings voided.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on aj444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
▸Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, regardless of the method used to circumvent detection.
▸Using the Platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or make deposits derived from stolen or fraudulently obtained funds.
▸Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games, poker variants, or sports betting markets.
▸Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are not valid and will be voided.
▸Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting any information provided to aj444 at any stage of the account lifecycle.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
aj444 employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, aj444 may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and historical winnings associated with the prohibited activity; withhold any remaining balance pending investigation; and refer the matter to law enforcement or financial crime authorities where appropriate.
8Responsible Gaming
